Salty Kisses Policies

At Salty Kisses we pride ourselves on doing things a little differently and offering the best in customer care.
Please make yourself aware of our policies and information, which has been established to ensure a quality experience with a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.

Gift Vouchers

It is recommended to book in advance for your Salty Kisses experience, however we do take last minute bookings when available. Please have your gift voucher number with you at time of booking as we require these details to make, hold and confirm all bookings.

Cancellations

Salty Kisses is open Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm (Larger groups from 1pm-4pm as an extension). A SURCHARGE of 10% applies on Saturdays.

Reservations: call reception 07 5482 3978 or use our online booking system. Send an email enquiry to admin@saltykisses.com.au or purchase online and we will be in touch. We answer every email that we receive, it does take us longer to write an email reply than it does to answer a call to make a booking. Please check your junk or spam for a reply as it depends on your spam setting where our emails are received.

Please have your credit card and/or gift voucher number with you at time of booking as we required the details to make all bookings.

Cancellation Policy (Updated 1st July 2023)

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 24 hour cancellation notice (full group bookings 7 days cancellation notice).

Upon making your booking with Salty Kisses you will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking on weekdays. Saturday will incur a FULL 100% deposit +10% weekend surcharge. Please have your credit card and or gift voucher number with you at time of booking.

Should you not arrive for your appointment or not give the required 48hour notice your deposit may be forfeited in order to recover costs associated with your changed or cancelled appointment. If redeeming a gift voucher, your treatment cost may be deducted from your gift voucher value.

We will always do our best to fill your cancelled appointment within the specified time you have given us. If we do manage to fill your cancelled appointment or you can find someone to fill your appointment time, your deposit will be available in your Salty Kisses account and can be used towards a service or product at your convenience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call us directly where possible. Sunday’s and Monday’s we will accept cancellation messages with 48hrs left on our reception message bank or Facebook Page.

Please do not e-mail us with your cancellation or reschedule requests.

Guests arriving at Salty Kisses suffering from the Cold or Flu, intoxication or transmittable infections will not be permitted to have treatments.

It is not advisable for your own health to have treatments while unwell nor is it safe for the health of our staff who care for you. If you arrive unwell we cannot proceed with your treatments then our cancellation policy applies.

Please cancel during office hours (9am – 4pm) at least 48hrs prior to the day of your treatments. if you are feeling unwell or message us through our Facebook page.

Tuesday to Saturday please call us directly if you are unable to make or need to change your appointment for any reason. Sunday’s & Monday’s we will accept cancellation messages left on our reception message bank or Facebook Page.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for products on change of mind or incorrect choice. Refunds are only provided at the discretion of management. If in the case of  a refund being issued a 15% restocking and admin fee applies for the full price of the item.

Special Needs

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities or pregnancy so that we can prepare the treatments correctly for you.
